Library Book Sales are Awesome!

Of course, you already knew that. But I was at my first ever library book sale, and it was an amazing experience. I actually got a lot of books because the paper backs were 0.50 each. All the books were either multiple copies, or donated by Salvation Army and Goodwill. There were stickers on a lot of books showing that they were being sold for $5, or even $9, at other places. But not at the library!

The first day it opened, I went and only bought 4 books because I only had cash on me. It was $2 for 4 books, and I got some pretty good books. This morning (Saturday) I went back, and they were having a deal where you fill a bag, and get all those books for $5. So that’s what I did. I fit 12 books in that little T-shirt bag. I think I did well, since there were two hardbacks in there too.

The only thing I can think of that’s bad about library books sales is:

stickers! more stickersDSC_0029

Stickers. I have to peel all these stickers off these books, which will take a lot of time to do carefully. I am doing this because otherwise, my bookshelf looks like a mess! I couldn’t have that. So I will definitely try to do this in my down time tomorrow.

Here are some of the covers that I like
